Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead 3–6 manufacturing sites in a hybrid role based in North Andover, MA or Groveport, OH, with up to 50% travel. You will coach onsite CI Managers, translate strategic goals into shop-floor improvements, and relentlessly finish initiatives to sustain gains.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and deep Lean, Kaizen, and TPM expertise.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Operations or related field, with 10+ years experience.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/operations leadership; track record of delivering results.
• Experience leading via influence in matrix organizations on multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide dotted-line leadership and coaching to onsite CI Managers and hourly leads across assigned sites.
• Turn the One Watts Performance System (OWPS) into the factory heartbeat, linking CI to shop-floor wins.
• Lead high-impact Kaizens and complex problem‑solving events on the manufacturing floor.
• Translate top-level goals into a concrete, cross-functional improvement funnel for the shop floor.
• Identify high-value opportunities, track balanced-scorecard results, and influence AOP outcomes.
• Lead CI Steering Committees to remove barriers and align Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Spend 40–60% on the shop floor coaching and guiding transformation activities.
