Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive lean initiatives at the West Warwick, RI plant. You will lead CI projects, install training, and mentor teams to reduce waste and variability throughKaizen events and standardized work.

You will develop CI tools, monitor KPIs like OEE and performance, and collaborate across departments to ensure sustainable improvements. This on-site role offers strong advancement opportunities within a culture that values

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methods and CI tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills across levels of the organization
• Proven problem-solving and process-improvement abilities

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement new processes to reduce waste and variation using lean tools
• Share and standardize best practices across the operation
• Identify barriers to CI adoption and drive actions to close out Kaizen items
• Lead Kaizen activities and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Develop CI tools, materials, and training for teams
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels to gain cooperation
• Develop and audit Standard Work and Job Instruction documents
• Track performance metrics such as OEE and C/O's
• Other duties as assigned
