Job summary

The Learning Experience in Deerfield Beach, FL is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment for existing childcare centers and support pre-enrollment for new center openings.

Based at our Deerfield Beach headquarters, you will manage prospective families from initial inquiry through registration, communicating by phone, email, and text, and collaborating with Center Directors to improve tour and registration conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enrollment experience in a childcare environment.
• Experience managing customer or enrollment pipelines using a CRM.
• Proven success converting leads or achieving enrollment goals.
• Strong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Experience with multi-location centers or new openings preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, social media, or email marketing tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into tours and registrations.
• Manage inbound and outbound family communication by phone, email, and text.
• Track tours, show rates, registrations, and enrollment trends.
• Coach Center Directors on tours and enrollment conversion.
• Maintain lead activity and family information in CRM.
