Job summary

The Learning Experience - Old Bridge is seeking an energetic, organized Assistant Director of Enrollment & Marketing to join our leadership team. You will drive enrollment growth, conduct tours for prospective families, and build strong relationships within the local community.

You will partner with the Center Director to support daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and center quality while promoting family satisfaction and enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in early childhood education, childcare leadership, or classroom experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 2+ years in sales, marketing, enrollment, or lead generation, preferably in ECE.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
• Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Track enrollment goals and develop ideas to support center growth.
• Partner with the Center Director to support daily operations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
• Help maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.
• Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.
• Promote enrollment, retention and family satisfaction.
