The Learning Experience in Deerfield Beach, FL is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment for existing childcare centers and support pre-enrollment for new center openings.

Based at our Deerfield Beach headquarters, you will manage prospective families from initial inquiry through registration, communicating by phone, email, and text, and collaborating with Center Directors to improve tour and registration conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enrollment experience in a childcare environment.
• Experience managing customer or enrollment pipelines using a CRM.
• Proven success converting leads or achieving enrollment goals.
• Strong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Experience with multi-location centers or new openings preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, social media, or email marketing tools a plus.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 100% Onsite

The Learning Experience is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment for existing childcare centers and support pre-enrollment for New Center Openings.

Based at our Deerfield Beach headquarters, this role manages prospective families from initial inquiry through registration. You'll communicate with families by phone, email, and text, manage enrollment pipelines, support new center launches, and partner with Center Directors to improve tour and registration conversion.

What You'll Do

Enrollment & Lead Conversion

• Convert childcare inquiries into scheduled tours and registrations
• Manage inbound and outbound family communication by phone, email, and text
• Follow up with prospective families and re-engage open or inactive leads
• Track tours, show rates, registrations, conversion rates, and enrollment trends
• Coach Center Directors on tours, follow-up, and enrollment conversion
• Maintain accurate, timely lead activity and family information in CRM and enrollment systems

New Center Openings

• Launch pre-enrollment approximately 90 days before assigned centers open
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective families throughout the pre-opening period
• Build and nurture enrollment pipelines through consistent family outreach
• Communicate program information, anticipated opening timelines, and registration requirements
• Process registrations and fees and follow up on outstanding enrollment items
• Support pre-opening enrollment campaigns, community events, and center launch communications
• Help maintain accurate center information across websites, Google Business Profiles, and social media
• Track pre-opening enrollment goals and report on registrations, lead activity, family feedback, and potential risks
• Transition enrollment activity to center teams as new locations prepare to open

Collaboration & Performance

• Partner with New Center Openings, Operations, and Marketing on enrollment and lead-generation opportunities
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve lead follow-up and conversion
• Manage multiple center pipelines, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Provide prospective families with a professional and responsive experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enrollment in a childcare environment
• Previous experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director preferred
• Proven success converting leads or achieving sales or enrollment goals
• Experience managing customer or enrollment pipelines using a CRM
• Strong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple locations and changing priorities
• Experience processing registrations, payments, or customer transactions
• Experience coaching customer-facing or sales teams preferred
• Childcare, franchise, multi-location, or new location opening experience preferred
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, social media, or email marketing tools a plus
