Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking qualified Chaplains to support client employees and their families across client sites in the United States. This frontline ministry role serves as the bridge between company culture and spiritual care, visiting worksites weekly and providing confidential pastoral support.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian ministry.
• Ability to visit client worksites weekly and build trust.
• Excellent listening and communication skills under stressful situations.
• Active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance where servicing clients.
• Experience interacting with diverse groups with diplomacy and courtesy.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Visit client worksites weekly to engage employees and families.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and crisis support.
• Coordinate funerals, grief support, and life events with clients.
• Provide resources and referrals for personal life issues as requested.
