Marketplace Chaplains seeks chaplains to serve employees and their families at client sites across Minnesota. You will provide confidential pastoral care, visit worksites regularly, and support crisis and bereavement needs with compassion and discretion.

Role involves building trusted relationships, guiding spiritual matters within an interfaith setting, and coordinating care through executive leadership and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting and or with diverse beliefs.
• Skills to listen and interact with employees and families.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential issues with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Provides faith-based ministry to employees and their families.
• Makes regular visits to worksites to build trusted relationships.
• Offers confidential pastoral discussions on personal issues.
• Coordinates with executives and clients to support employee care services.
• Assists with funerals and bereavement support as needed.
• Represents companies in ministry-related engagements and orientations.
