• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues.
• Assist in planning or attending funeral services when needed.
• Make jail visits and communicate information about bereavement support.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance as required.
• Participate in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service.
