• Experience delivering community presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community with professional conduct and integrity.
• Visits worksites weekly to build relationships and trust.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal and family issues.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals and bereavement support.
• Provides post-termination care and transitions support for employees.
• Supports spiritual enrichment activities and distributes literature as appropriate.
• Represents chaplain services to clients and their employees.
• Participates in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Services.
