Responsibilities

• Serve as a messenger of faith, mission, and purpose to employees.
• Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community with professional decorum.
• Make regular visits to client worksites to build trust with employees and families.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and referrals for staff and families.
• Assist in funeral planning and post‑termination support as needed.
• Support company notifications of deaths and injuries and provide grief support.
• Provide guidance and spiritual enrichment activities under appropriate supervision.
• Distribute literature and resources to assist employees with life issues.
