Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Change Management Lead for our Alpharetta, GA office. This full-time, onsite role partners with the Business Process Engineering team to ensure adoption and sustainability of business process and system changes.

You'll drive adoption, train stakeholders, measure progress, and build repeatable change-management frameworks across future transformations. A strong background in leading change initiatives and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management initiatives related to business processes, systems, or organizational change.
• Able to operate as a senior individual contributor and establish change management practices where they are not yet formally defined.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect changes to day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Process Engineering team to build change management plans for major process redesigns.
• Drive adoption of new processes and tools through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track effectiveness post-implementation and collaborate with process owners to adjust as needed.
• Create repeatable change management frameworks for future transformation initiatives.
