Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Change Management Lead for its Alpharetta, GA office. This full-time, onsite role focuses on driving adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring sustainability by embedding changes into day-to-day operations.

You will partner with the Business Process Engineering team to design change management plans, lead communication and training efforts, and build reusable frameworks for future transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management initiatives related to business processes or organizational change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to explain changes clearly.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and establish change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Process Engineering team to build change management plans for major process redesigns.
• Drive adoption of new processes and tools through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track effectiveness after launch and adjust in partnership with the process owner.
• Create repeatable change management frameworks for future transformations.
