Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and relay internal and external calls and provide information and assistance.
• Maintain desk directories, on-call lists, and reference materials; provide admin support as needed.
• Operate beeper/paging system to contact hospital personnel and code team; support security and facilities.
• Communicate codes, alerts, drills, and announcements per policies; monitor security cameras.
