Job summary

Regal Rexnord in the United States is seeking an onsite manufacturing associate to set up and operate cell production equipment, inspect parts, and maintain process records. You will assist in training, communicate production issues, and support multiple tasks from molding to painting as needed to meet customer expectations.

Candidates should be prepared to work across various stations, uphold safety standards, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and work orders.
• Must be able to select and set up tooling and materials for machines.
• Performs routine maintenance and quality checks on products and processes.
• Experience with measurement instruments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams and determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
• Set up tooling and measure/adjust equipment for production runs.
• Record data and ensure quality checks are performed.
• Support multiple workstation tasks across molding, assembly, and inspection.
