Job summary

Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Tech to provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing cells, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and assist with tooling, fixtures, and data collection. You will follow approved procedures and escalate safety-critical issues as needed.

You will help with equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and participate in 5S, Kaizen, and process improvements while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in electrical, electromechanical, mechanical or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Electromechanical equipment, lean manufacturing, problem-solving or quality-system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing cells for routine issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns using drawings and schematics.
• Support tooling, fixtures, setup, and data collection for process improvements.
• Escalate safety-critical or unresolved issues to engineering/maintenance.
• Draft and update work instructions and participate in continuous improvement activities.
