Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an on-site assembler to ensure on-time delivery by following standard work procedures and takt time. The role involves assembling ball nuts, using hand tools, and employing inspection gauges.

Daily team communication and a strict adherence to 5S and safety regulations are required. The candidate will read prints and MI/QP documents, perform basic math, and handle parts weighing up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow prints, MI’s and QP’s.
• Must follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to varying tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per standard work procedures and takt time.
• Operate basic hand tools and light equipment.
• Inspect parts with common measuring tools and document results.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and follow environmental safety rules.
