Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a cell manufacturing/operator to set up and operate equipment for final product assembly. You will inspect parts, follow procedures, and record data to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You may train new associates on standard processes, assist in cross-functional tasks, and support packaging, inspection, and routine maintenance as needed. This onsite role requires flexibility across duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous industrial assembly background preferred.
• Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reads diagrams, blueprints, or reports to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
• Sets up tooling, aligns, and secures materials on machines and fixtures.
• Enters settings and calibrates equipment for production orders.
• Maintains an orderly, safe workplace and records production data.
