Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support cross-functional teams across conception to production handoff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Department and emphasizes hands-on fabrication, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
• Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Valid driver’s license and regular overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams through the project lifecycle from conception to production handoff.
• Build and retrofit equipment; assist in reverse engineering of legacy systems.
• Weld, fabricate, and assemble parts; lay out electrical control cabinets.
