Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp. seeks an on-site maintenance technician to perform mechanical repairs and installations for plant machinery. The role requires planning and layout of equipment, adherence to safety programs, and teamwork in a matrix organization.

You will assist with moving and leveling machinery, support project wrap-up, and follow environmental and export controls as applicable. Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected, along with regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a matrix and team environment.
• Regular attendance is expected.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs or replacements on shop machinery and equipment, including hydraulics and bearings.
• Assist with moving, setting and leveling plant machinery; help unload/install new equipment.
• Adhere to ethics, safety, export/import, and ISO 9000 standards; maintain clean work area.
• Support routine departmental tasks and general project wrap-up.
