Career Team provides intensive case management and career counseling to participants in the WIOA Title I program in Orange County, CA. The Career Advisor (Case Manager) helps adults and dislocated workers identify goals, overcome barriers, and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

The role emphasizes compliance, documentation, and participant‑centered services, with a focus on serving up to 80 active participants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or related human services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management to participants in the One-Stop system.
• Conduct intake, eligibility, and enrollment for WIOA Title I participants.
• Develop and update Individual Employment Plans and assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support job readiness activities and provide career planning and referrals.
