Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of work experience in training, counseling, case management, or related services.
• 1+ years of case management experience with ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• 1+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• 1+ years in a dynamic team environment with strong communication and professionalism.
• Experience serving a culturally diverse client base and motivating clients toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management services to registered customers within the One-Stop system.
• Complete intake and eligibility determination for the workforce program.
• Enter data into client information systems and related databases as required by One-Stop processes.
• Develop Individual Employment Plans (IEP) based on occupational goals.
• Counsel clients on job opportunities, training programs and services.
• Prepare ITA vouchers and documents for clients entering training.
• Refer clients to appropriate services and follow up on activities.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and group presentations.
