Job summary

Career Team invites applications for a Career Advisor who will provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services. The role is onsite at our Farmington office, supporting job seekers within the One-Stop system.

You will conduct intake and eligibility assessments, determine training needs, and document client information in the program databases. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Career TEAM is looking to hire a Career Advisor who will perform professional work providing career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services. Work is performed under the supervision of the WIOA Program Lead.The Career Advisor reports to the WIOA Program Lead. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
