Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Career Advisor (Case Manager) to deliver intensive case management and career counseling to adults and dislocated workers under WIOA Title I. You will support employment goals, document outcomes, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies while providing participant-centered services.

The role is full-time and on-site in Orange County, requiring strong organizational skills, bilingual Spanish fluency, and the ability to manage a caseload of up to 80

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, workforce development, training, counseling, customer service, or related human services.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management and career counseling to participants enrolled in the WIOA Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker programs.
• Develop, implement, and update Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) and Assessment Summaries; maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
• Counsel participants on job opportunities, training programs, and supportive services; coordinate referrals to training and work-based learning activities.
• Assist with job readiness activities, job search, resume development, and interview preparation; monitor progress through training or employment.
