Qualifications

• Experience supporting database management, documentation processing, and vendor scheduling/management related to calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ability to perform calibration and maintenance data entry into asset management databases (RAM, SAP, and ASPIRE related databases).
• Ability to support internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Issue reports for recall of precision measurement and test equipment.
• Initiate quality investigation forms associated with out of tolerance instruments.
• Schedule service between vendors and internal customers for onsite visits and provide routine status communications to key stakeholders.
• Update and maintain electronic and physical calibration records for laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Process data and perform documentation review of calibration and qualification records.
• Enter calibration and maintenance data into asset management databases (RAM, SAP, and ASPIRE related databases).
• Generate routine calibration and maintenance recall/status reports.
• Induct and track assets into various asset management systems.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and tracking tasks for laboratory instruments and equipment sent for calibration services to external vendors.
• Track and gather data associated with Purchase Orders, costs, and other metrics.
• Schedule external vendor services for calibration and qualification events.
• Provide vendor escort into controlled laboratory spaces.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Support projects and other data integration as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
