Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking talented Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship team across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation for individuals and business entities, offering proactive guidance and leveraging Intuit resources to help customers achieve financial goals. You will work onsite, engage with clients face-to-face, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed to ensure a seamless, comprehensive tax and financial service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state business tax returns (1065 and 1120-S).
• Bookkeeping knowledge is desirable; QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, with at least 20 hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain related state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Build relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base through proactive outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit’s video tools.
