Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail/Flagship experts to perform on-site tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. You’ll deliver personalized tax strategies, offer related services, and become the trusted advisor for clients in your community.

You will work with a team, leverage TurboTax software, and help grow the local client base while providing exceptional customer experiences at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax returns experience (1065 and/or 1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience (≥30 returns/year).
• General bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks familiarity is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory and reading Circular 230 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for consumers and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture to offer tax planning and services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to deliver end‑to‑end services.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the community.
