Job summary

Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Retail/Flagship Tax Experts to provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and businesses. You’ll own client relationships, offer tax strategy, and coordinate with bookkeeping support to deliver a seamless experience.

This role emphasizes local community engagement and exemplary customer service at TurboTax stores across the United States. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling a range of tax scenarios from W-2s to complex business

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, including federal and state returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture to offer tax strategy and related services.
• Lead relationship ownership across services including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and proactive guidance in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
