You will work as the dedicated Expert, owning client relationships, offering tax strategy and planning, and coordinating with bookkeeping specialists for a seamless financial service experience. This nonexempt, in-store role emphasizes community engagement and local client growth.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience across consumer and business clients.
• Minimum experience preparing personal and business tax returns (e.g., 1065/1120-S).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, owning relationships and tax planning.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists for integrated services.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience and guidance.
