You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, acting as the primary client contact and delivering tax planning guidance with personalized service. You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, grow the local TurboTax client base, and represent TurboTax in the community while ensuring a seamless, high-quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent business tax return preparation for multiple clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with ~30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop client relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning services.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping payroll teams as needed to support clients.
