Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail/Flagship Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation for individuals and business entities (sole prop, S corp, partnerships) and deliver tax planning and advisor services while growing the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing support.

Your role emphasizes client relationships, seamless service, and community engagement, including potential collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per tax year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks ProAdvisor desired.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver proactive tax guidance and connect clients to complementary Intuit services.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and assist clients in navigating complex tax scenarios.
