Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, while acting as the primary client relationship owner.

This on-site role emphasizes tax strategy, planning, and seamless service with bookkeeping support as needed. You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and provide personalized guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ tax seasons preparing federal/state business returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns per tax year.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill toward QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Onsite at TurboTax store; Sundays–Saturdays with at least 20 hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities.
• Serve as primary contact, owning client relationships and delivering tax strategy and prep.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping specialists for ancillary services as needed.
• Grow TurboTax client base and community presence using company marketing and tools.
