You will deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, advise on tax planning, and provide software support while owning the client relationship from start to finish. You will collaborate with a team including bookkeeping specialists to handle related accounting needs, expand the local TurboTax client base, and

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with federal and state returns
• Personal tax preparation experience in a retail setting
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and QuickBooks preferred
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations, including retail stores

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients
• Develop client relationships and understand their full financial picture
• Coordinate with bookkeeping specialists for accounting needs
• Deliver a high-quality, in-person customer experience in a retail setting
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base
