• Find and coordinate with contractors to complete collection events.
• Work with warehouse teams to ensure contractors have necessary supplies for events.
• Act as liaison between contractors and accounting to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Identify clients and collection network providers needing attention and escalate to management.
• Negotiate pricing on a case-by-case basis for each collection event as needed.
• Schedule emergency collections and follow up to ensure timely reporting of results.
