This fully onsite role is available in Overland Park, KS and Richmond, VA, supporting client collection events and post‑accident testing. You will coordinate contractors, work with the warehouse, and ensure timely invoicing and reporting of results.

The position emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and customer service to ensure seamless testing operations for patients and facilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address client needs with strong customer service.
• Find and coordinate contractors to complete collection events.
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure contractors have necessary supplies.
• Act as liaison between contractors and accounting for timely payment of invoices.
• Identify clients and providers requiring attention and communicate with management.
• Negotiate pricing on a per‑case basis for each collection event.
• Schedule emergency collections and ensure timely reporting of test results.
