Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is a leading HR technology and services provider seeking a Business Consultant to drive new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle. You will negotiate pricing, build relationships, and guide clients from prospecting to post-sale implementation.

The role requires proactive, results-driven individuals with CRM experience and strong communication, ready to travel domestically to meet clients and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications expected.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Analyze client needs and tailor products/services accordingly.
• Negotiate pricing and scope with prospective clients.
• Manage sales paperwork, forecasts, and client service agreements.
• Travel domestically to client sites, events, and meetings.
