Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Tampa seeks a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including pricing, scope, paperwork, and post‑sale activities.

The role requires aggressive prospecting, travel to client sites, and the ability to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and scope with prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Travel domestically as required.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
