Maymont Homes in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Build-to-Rent Onsite Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity, safety, and appearance of the community. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to requests, and collaborate with onsite and centralized teams to ensure timely service and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical maintenance skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced residential environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in residential or property management environments.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair work preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently while minimizing disruption to residents.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance requests.
• Serve as the onsite maintenance representative for the community and support resident satisfaction.
