Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Branch Ops Interns to learn the day-to-day operations of a finance branch and gain exposure to the broader organization. This on-site internship focuses on loan processes, regulatory training, customer service, and potential career paths within Republic Finance.

Interns are paid $15.00 per hour and may receive full-time employment offers after successful completion of the program, with opportunities across multiple departments and future growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background and pre-employment drug screen requirements.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing as required by state laws.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Meet with Manager and Regional VP to understand career paths.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure.
• Work on Branch Operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles related to Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting.
