Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern to learn the day-to-day branch activities and the broader organization. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, compliance training, loan closings, and process improvement projects, with a clear view of future career paths within the company.

This 100% onsite internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to leadership, and the potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to commit 18–20 hours per week.
• Pass a pre-employment background, credit history and drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing contingent on background check by state authorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Attend regional meetings to understand career paths within Branch Operations.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Gain exposure to corporate roles such as Audit, Compliance, Training and Recruiting.
