Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship in Slidell, LA. This onsite program provides hands-on exposure to loan origination, processing, closings, and funding, with opportunities to learn leadership pathways and branch operations across departments.

You will interact with a team and leadership to gain real-world experience, alongside a focus on compliance, sales and customer service, with the potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Learn about loan origination, processing, closings and funding; assist daily operations.
• Support Manager and Regional VP to understand career paths and promotional potential.
• Attend regional meetings and contribute to branch operations projects.
• Learn about branch process improvements and corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
