Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC invites college juniors and seniors to join our Branch Operations Internship, based onsite to learn daily branch functions and broader organization opportunities. You will work hands-on in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding while engaging in leadership development initiatives and regional meetings.

Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, and eager to explore a long-term career path with Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background/credit checks and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible to meet insurance licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training through accelerated program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand career path.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valued.
