Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to train for a Branch Manager role. The program lasts 18–24 months and includes on-the-job learning in branch operations and management.

You will support loan origination, customer education, and loan processing while promoting company values and delivering excellent service. A relocation package is provided for promotions beyond 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager and manage operations to support branch goals.
• Participate in an 18–24 month on-the-job training program for future Branch Manager role.
• Originate new loan business by engaging current and prospective customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, help with loan applications and payoff options.
• Support recruitment, training, and development plans to meet sales targets.
