Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Orlando. You will learn branch operations through an 18–24 month paid training program and then manage your own branch. You will drive loan originations, educate customers on products, and support staff in achieving sales goals.

Promotion to Branch Manager may require relocation; a relocation package is provided for moves >50 miles. This role is 100% onsite with robust benefits and a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must meet background, credit checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Relocation willingness for promotion to Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet financial goals by originating new loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services and potential credit improvement.
• Process loan applications, perform risk analysis, and help with closings.
• Support recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet branch goals.
