Job summary

Republic Finance in Orlando is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). You will complete an 18-24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, then manage your own branch; relocation package is provided when promoted.

You will help customers meet their financial goals, originate loan business, educate on lending services, assist with loan applications, and support sales goals while upholding our core values and ensuring outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Sales or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred though not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training; develop and implement plans to meet sales goals.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, improve credit, and consolidate debt.
