Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training as well as developing and implementing plans to meet sales goals.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings.
• Educate customers on lending services and help them meet financial goals.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
