Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Deployment Manager for Digital Buildings and Data Centers to lead end-to-end onsite execution of BMS projects. You will manage technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review scope, and guide project milestones from installation through commissioning. This role requires deep building controls, HVAC, and electrical expertise, with strong leadership, risk

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems.
Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric building controls products.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret control drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite execution of assigned BMS and data center projects from installation through commissioning.
Represent Schneider Electric in project and coordination meetings from a technical position.
Forecast and adjust staffing needs based on project schedule and workload; coordinate material delivery and subcontractor activities.
Identify, communicate and mitigate schedule, resource, and technical risks; maintain documentation and as-built deliverables.
Identify and train local technicians to become future technical leads on the project.
