BW Design Group seeks an Automation and Control System Commissioning Manager to lead onsite checkout and commissioning of BMS/EPMS systems for large‑scale data center projects across North America. You will coordinate DG design, DevOps, and field teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial control systems or building automation.
• 4+ years overseeing installation, startup and commissioning with significant onsite time.
• Strong communicator capable of working with large cross-functional teams.
• Resident near the data center campus with high site presence.
• Relocation timing negotiable depending on location and opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite main point of contact for DG BMS/EPMS site commissioning with client, GC, and trade management.
• Lead commissioning status reviews and executive discussions on schedule, risks, and resources.
• Represent DG at site commissioning reviews and scope meetings.
• Attend daily commissioning review meetings with client, GC, and commissioning agent.
• Manage onsite BMS/EPMS commissioning staffing plans and resources.
• Support change order development and deviations management.
• Enforce safety expectations per client and DG requirements.
