Job summary

You will verify billing data, handle discounts, and perform basic bookkeeping while maintaining records and communicating with customers to update account information. A high school diploma and 3+ years of billing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing or administrative experience.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Calculates costs for services.
• Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.
• Creates itemized invoices, and other necessary billing documents, which may require calculation of discounts.
• Performs general bookkeeping work, entering data and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for services rendered.
• Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
