The role focuses on accurate data entry, invoice preparation, and customer account support within a structured office environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of billing or administrative experience, a Homebuilder industry background, and strong MS Office/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Prepare itemized invoices and billing documents for services rendered.
• Verify billing data, correct errors, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Communicate with customers to confirm and update account information.
• Support bookkeeping, data entry, and administrative billing processes.
• Prior experience working with a homebuilder is required, such as a residential builder or similar construction-related organization.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Gather billing data, calculate charges, and prepare accurate itemized invoices.
• Verify billing information for accuracy and correct discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain billing records, invoices, account documentation, and supporting files.
• Perform general bookkeeping support, including data entry and record maintenance.
• Contact customers to obtain, verify, and update account information as needed.
• Support the team with additional billing, administrative, and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
