Job summary

Insight Global's fashion division is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume talent business. You will manage a large queue of invoices for multiple talent managers, ensuring timely and accurate billing based on deal memos and job activity.

This role focuses on billing more than collections, requires onsite work in West Hollywood four days a week, and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of billing, invoicing, AR, or finance operations experience.
• Able to work onsite in West Hollywood 4x a week.
• Experience managing a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize competing requests and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, managers, or client-facing teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and working within CRM/accounting systems (SAP preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of invoices for seven talent managers, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Prioritize billing activity and audit job information with agents, managers, artists, and finance.
• Generate invoices and resolve discrepancies; assist with collections.
• Support talent onboarding and contribute to month-end accounting processes.
